The Magnoloft 1503 is a double-height loft on the 15th floor of a modern building in Bocagrande. Its windows face the Caribbean Sea on one side and the bay on the other, and you can watch the sunset from the balcony.
It has two double beds, a living room, a kitchen and a staircase to the upper level. It works well for two couples or a family of four. The building has a rooftop pool with city views.
You are a few blocks from Bocagrande beach, restaurants and supermarkets, and about 10 minutes by taxi from the Old Town.

If you live abroad and enter Colombia as a tourist, whether foreign or Colombian, VAT is 0%: on arrival you show us your passport with the entry stamp (PIP-5 or PTP-5 permit, or tourist visa) and we keep a copy, as Decree 2646 of 2013 requires.
