The Ocean 414 apartment is in Crespo, the seafront neighborhood next to Cartagena’s airport, in a building with a lobby, a rooftop terrace and an infinity pool that looks out over the Caribbean.
It has two bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room, an equipped kitchen and a dining table for six. It works well for families or groups with an early arrival or a late flight out.
The airport is about 5 minutes away by car and the Old Town about 10 minutes. Crespo beach and its seafront promenade are right in front of the building.

How much is a night at the Ocean 414 Apartment, Crespo?
COP 325,000 per night for the whole apartment in low season; COP 440,000 in mid season (Holy Week and June) and COP 960,000 in high season (December 15 to January 15). A cleaning fee of COP 115,000 per booking is added.

Do I have to pay VAT?
It depends on where you live, not on your nationality. If you live in Colombia (Colombian or foreign resident) you pay 19% VAT on lodging and cleaning. If you live abroad and enter Colombia as a tourist, whether foreign or Colombian, VAT is 0%: on arrival you show us your passport with the entry stamp (PIP-5 or PTP-5 permit, or tourist visa) and we keep a copy, as Decree 2646 of 2013 requires.
What is the building wristband?
The Ocean Drive building requires an access wristband of COP 20,000 per person. You pay it with your booking and we arrange it with the building.
