In short: Raft Construction is a 2–3 hour nautical team-building activity on a beach in Cartagena for groups from 8 people: teams build a raft with wood, tubes and ropes and race it to a marked buoy. Includes a professional coach, building materials, staff, tents, tables, beach venue, unlimited hydration, snacks, a champagne bottle for the winners and insurance.
What it is
Teams work together to build a raft from different materials. Once it is ready, they race it from the shore to a buoy marked in advance. Nobody wins alone: it takes planning, roles, communication and trust.
As an optional extra, a logic challenge makes them work as one group: at each buoy there is a piece of a puzzle with the map of a hidden treasure. The team leaders put the map together and share the clue with their teams; the first team to reach the chest wins.

Questions
Do participants need to know how to swim?
It is recommended. Everyone uses a life jacket and the staff supervises the race from the shore and the water.
What should we wear?
Swimwear or clothes that can get wet, sunscreen, cap and sandals. Hydration is included.
